Enquiries and quotations

The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, company and project details; the product family is optional. These details are used to reply, understand your requirements and handle pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the form; alternatively, you can contact us by email. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the mailing list.

Mailing list and product preferences

Website subscription requires your first and last name, email, company, at least one area of interest and explicit consent. Province, postcode and phone number are optional. The date and version of consent are stored to document your request. Updates to subscribers are based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

You can stop campaigns using the unsubscribe link in the emails or by emailing roberto@robertocesarini.it. An unsubscribed address is excluded from sending even if it appears in an imported directory. Emails may request a read receipt; returning it depends on the recipient’s settings. The website code does not embed advertising pixels in its pages.

Contacts from professional correspondence

The private area also contains contacts from previous professional correspondence and company signatures: contact person, company, email, phone numbers, address, city, province and source, where available. Not all fields are available for every contact. These details are not published on the website and are not represented as recorded consents. You can request their origin, correction or deletion and object to their use for direct marketing.

An address in the directory does not by itself constitute a newsletter subscription. Promotional messages to non-subscribers require verification and documentation of the conditions required by applicable law; this notice and the unsubscribe link do not replace that verification.

Browsing, security and statistics

Public pages do not embed Google Analytics, advertising pixels, maps, videos or social content. Images, logos and application scripts are served by the website, and the interface uses system fonts; links to partners and LinkedIn lead to external websites only when opened.

The first-party counter records public page views and aggregate counts by country and region where supplied by the hosting service. The counter does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers or cookies and does not reconstruct individual browsing paths. Private pages, recognised previews and recognised robots are excluded.

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request data and technical logs to operate and protect the service. This is separate from the application’s aggregate counters. Website operation and security serve the legitimate interest in making the service available and protecting it (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Providers and recipients

The website uses ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, protection and application storage; Resend for notifications and campaigns; and the roberto@robertocesarini.it mailbox hosted by Register.it to receive enquiries and manage replies. Form and campaign data are processed by the technical services needed for each function. Access to the management area is restricted to the controller’s authorised account.

Contacts are not published or sold. DSPM TLC, TECHBOARD GROUP and ALUTHERM are commercial partners presented on the website; browsing their pages does not automatically send form data to them.

International processing

Technical services may involve international providers. Not all processing or storage is assumed to take place exclusively in Italy or the European Union. Providers’ contractual terms and notices describe their processing and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area. You can ask the controller for information about the conditions applicable to your personal data.

Retention criteria

Enquiries and correspondence are retained as needed to handle the request and any commercial relationship, together with applicable documentation needs or legal obligations. Mailing list data is used until consent is withdrawn or the service ends. Minimal objection or unsubscribe information may be retained to prevent further messages; consent and sending records may be retained to document activity and handle disputes. Infrastructure logs follow providers’ retention terms. Statistical counts are aggregated and not associated with individual visitors.

Your rights and requests

Where provided by the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time. No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals are made. To exercise your rights, email roberto@robertocesarini.it; only information needed to verify the request will be required. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
